Last night I had the pleasure of joining Illamasqua Meadowhall to do a live demo of the new Earth Collection. This was my first time doing makeup on another person and now it’s all I want to do!
For the thousandth time, thank you to Illamasqua for asking me to do this, the Meadowhall team for helping me out on the day, Suzy for being a patient model and Becky for being an awesome photographer!
Full product list will be at the end of this post.
Last week I attended a sneak peek event of Illamasqua’s summer collection. On the night we were all given goodie bags with their new Glamore Lipstick in Vendetta and Sheer Lipgloss in Iridesce. Pretty much as soon as I got home I was trying these beauties out for you guys. I can’t resist a good blue lipstick!
Last week I was lucky enough to be invited to the Illamasqua summer collection preview, so I thought I’d give you guys a little look into the evening too as it captured the whole theme of the new collection perfectly. Keeping it quick, because as always when I need my camera I manage to forget it or something vital for it to work. This time it was the memory card so we’re on iPhone photos.
Brows have definitely become more and more important over the past year or so. Whether they’re groomed to perfection, let loose to look natural or even pastel coloured when it comes to the runway, you can barely move for brow products. Now there’s another new product on the block (because enough is never really enough is it?!) that’s going to be here to stay both in your makeup bag and in your brows. Enter the Illamasqua Precision Brow Gel.
After brows, the second most requested tutorial is eyeliner. To keep my Quick Tip Tuesday video as short as possible, I decided to create this post to talk about types of eyeliner, brushes you can use and how important the shape of your eyeliner is too.
So, if you’d like to learn more about how to get perfect winged eyeliner, please keep on reading!
